Shipping and Deliveries

UK Customers

Devaiya take great pride in despatching deliveries as quickly as possible.

We will try to despatch orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday, or before 12pm on a Saturday, on the same working day. To help our delivery team despatch your purchases within these time frames please try and place orders as early as possible.

While we endeavour to pack and despatch items as quickly as possible, there may be occasions when we are unable to fulfil orders within those time frames.

Free next day delivery when you spend £40 or over

• Free standard delivery within 3-5 days when you spend £40 or over
  (Standard delivery is not a tracked service and Devaiya can not be held responsible for misplaced, lost items or delivery time)
  
  

Tracked Delivery Options

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 hours – £5.45
• Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours – £4.75

This is a fully tracked service, and includes Saturday deliveries.

While we endeavour to pack and despatch items as quickly as possible, there may be delays due to carriers which are out of our control.

We'll let you know as soon as your items are dispatched and send tracking information.

Deliveries Outside the UK

Unfortunately due to BREXIT, we are currently unable to ship to outside the UK. We aim to solve this as soon as possible, and are sorry for any inconvenience.
